Hospitality Expert Witness

A hospitality expert witness evaluates the operational standards, policies, and management practices of hotels, bars, restaurants, casinos, and other hospitality venues to determine whether the establishment met applicable industry standards of care. These experts are retained in civil litigation involving premises liability, alcohol service violations, negligent security, and other injury claims arising from hospitality operations. They assess the venue’s staff training, policy implementation, incident response procedures, and management practices in relation to accepted industry standards.
